2010 Activities for
Sweat & Soul Intensives

Join Kay Lisch for some intensives to get your body and soul in shape for 2010.

Sweat & Soul will raise the roof of your energy and unleash radiant health and  well-being. This is an opportunity to fully recharge your body, mind and spirit.

Our process is designed to help you begin a daily practice to lose weight, improve fitness, feel happier and deepen your spirit. Our sessions will combine an hour of physical exercise (dance, yoga, pilates, and plyometrics) with an hour of coaching and learning to inspire, energize, motivate, focus, and connect your body and soul.

Tuesdays, 9:00 am – 11:00 am, Plano Y:  Yoga, Plyometrics, Coaching on “Positivelife” — Using positive psychology to create your heart’s desire.

Fridays, 9:00 am – 11:00 am, Coopers Aerobics Center:  Salsa, Stretching, Spa, Coaching on “CleanLife” — Using natural ways to detox for weight loss, health and beauty.

Saturdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 noon, Plano Y: Yoga, Walk & Talk, “BodyAlive” — Improving body awareness through movement, breathing, and centering practices. 

Sundays, 9:30 am – 11:30 am, Dallas Yoga Center:  Meditation, Buddhist talk/discussion, Coaching on “InnerLife” — Activating your highest body, mind, and soul through meditation and visualization.

Cost: $30 per session or $99 for the month (unlimited sessions). Cost includes free classes at Plano Y and Coopers Aerobics Center.
