“We hired ComPro to design and develop a culture change training program that involved 20 hours of Leadership  Training for our Department Heads and Charge Nurses and 12 hours of Nurturing Care training for our caregivers.  ComPro’s approach was thorough, thoughtful, creative and highly engaging.  The program developed skills in communication, teamwork, leading change, and, building relationships.  ComPro’s careful preparatory work resulted in a series of training experiences targeting specifically to our areas of greatest need, and was very effective.  The results speak highly about the effectiveness of ComPro’s work with our organization.
